1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the pk358 website accessible at pk358.org, including all subpages, services, games, betting markets, and associated mobile-optimised interfaces.
• "pk358", "we", "us", "our" refers to the operating entity behind the pk358 platform, its subsidiaries, licensors, and authorised agents.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any natural person who registers for, accesses, or uses a pk358 account.
• "Account" means the registered player account held on the pk358 platform through which the Player accesses games, deposits funds, and places wagers.
• "Balance" means the aggregate of real-money funds held in a Player's Account wallet at any given time, denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins, cashback amounts, or other incentives credited to an Account subject to wagering requirements.
• "Wager" means any real-money bet placed by a Player on any game, sport, or event available through the pk358 platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and document verification process pk358 uses to confirm Player eligibility and comply with its regulatory obligations.
• "Regulatory Oversight" means the international gaming regulatory framework under which pk358 holds its operating authorisation.

2 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and pk358. Your continued use of the Platform following registration, login, deposit, or any placement of a wager constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms.

pk358 may publish supplemental rules, game-specific terms, promotion terms, and a Privacy Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. In the event of a conflict between supplemental terms and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail unless the supplemental document expressly states otherwise.

pk358 reserves the right to refuse service, suspend an account, or terminate access at its sole discretion, including where it has reason to believe that a Player's use of the Platform violates these Terms or any applicable law.

3 Eligibility & Registration

To register a pk358 account, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are registering and playing of your own free will and on your own behalf — not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited under local law in a manner that would make your use of pk358 unlawful.
• You have not previously been excluded from pk358 or any other gaming platform operated under the same regulatory framework.
• You are not a current employee, director, contractor, or immediate family member of a person employed by pk358 or its affiliates.
• All information you provide during registration — including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and payment details — is accurate, current, and complete.

pk358 reserves the right to require KYC documentation at any time, including but not limited to a valid government-issued CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport, or other proof of identity and address. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the required timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

Only one Account per Player is permitted. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same name, identity documents, email address, device, IP address, or payment method — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.

4 Account Management

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pk358 Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. pk358 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel.

You must notify pk358 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account. pk358 accepts no liability for losses arising from a Player's failure to maintain the security of their login credentials.

• You must not share your Account with any other person or allow any third party to place wagers on your behalf.
• Accounts are non-transferable and may not be sold, assigned, or gifted to another person.
• pk358 may impose temporary or permanent restrictions on an Account pending identity verification, fraud investigation, or regulatory compliance review.
• Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting the pk358 support team via live chat. Any remaining real-money Balance will be returned subject to standard KYC verification and withdrawal processing procedures.

pk358 reserves the right to close dormant accounts — defined as accounts with no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months — following reasonable prior notice to the registered email address. Any remaining real-money Balance in a closed dormant account will be held for a period consistent with applicable regulatory requirements before any administrative fee treatment is applied.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on the pk358 platform are processed exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). pk358 does not apply currency conversion charges on PKR transactions. Supported payment methods are subject to change; the current list is displayed in the platform's cashier section at all times.

Deposits: Funds deposited via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically credited to a Player's Account within seconds of mobile wallet confirmation. Deposits via HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and standard bank transfer are credited upon clearance, which may take one to three business hours depending on the sending institution. pk358 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts; the depositing payment method must match the name on the pk358 account.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. pk358 targets processing of verified withdrawal requests within the same business day for JazzCash and EasyPaisa transfers, and within one to two business days for bank transfers. pk358 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal if fraud, money laundering risk, or identity discrepancy is suspected.

• Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits are displayed in the cashier section and may vary by payment method.
• Bonus Funds are not withdrawable until associated wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.
• pk358 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on large withdrawals, which may extend processing time beyond the standard timeframe.
• Players must withdraw to the same payment method used for their most recent deposit wherever technically possible (same-method withdrawal policy).

6 Bonuses & Promotions

pk358 offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and PSL-specific cricket betting promotions. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any promotion-specific terms displayed on the relevant promotions page:

• Bonus offers are available to eligible registered Players aged 21 and above only.
• Each bonus offer specifies a wagering requirement — the total amount that must be wagered before Bonus Funds or associated winnings become withdrawable. Wagering requirements are clearly displayed on each promotion's dedicated page.
• Bonus Funds are credited separately from real-money Balance and are consumed before real-money funds in most game types, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• pk358 reserves the right to modify the terms of, suspend, or permanently withdraw any promotional offer at any time and without advance notice.
• Abuse of bonus offers — including but not limited to low-risk hedging strategies designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk — constitutes a violation of these Terms. pk358 may withhold Bonus Funds and associated winnings in such cases.
• Bonuses cannot be combined unless the relevant promotion explicitly states that combination is permitted.
• Players who have opted into a self-exclusion programme are not eligible for any bonus or promotional offer during the exclusion period.

7 Betting & Gaming Rules

All wagers placed on the pk358 platform are governed by the game-specific and sport-specific rules displayed within each game or betting market interface. In the event of any conflict between game-level rules and these Terms, the game-level rules prevail with respect to the specific outcome of that game or wager.

For sports betting, including PSL and international cricket markets, the following general rules apply:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the wager is confirmed. pk358 is not liable for errors in odds caused by technical malfunction; manifestly incorrect odds may be voided at pk358's discretion with the stake returned to the Player.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to real-time risk controls. pk358 reserves the right to suspend in-play betting markets at any time without notice.
• Where a sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable sport-specific settlement rules displayed in the sportsbook section.
• All casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology provided by the respective game supplier. pk358 does not alter or influence game outcomes.

pk358 reserves the right to void any wager if it determines, in its reasonable opinion, that the wager was placed in circumstances involving manipulation, collusion, exploitation of a technical error, or any other form of improper conduct.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pk358 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one Account or using another person's Account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform, place wagers, or gain any unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any form of match fixing, insider betting, or collusion with other players or platform staff.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in a manner that provides an unintended advantage; any winnings derived from such exploitation are void.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring of transactions, or any other financial crime through the Platform.
• Attempting to reverse, charge back, or dispute a legitimate transaction with your payment provider after funds have been credited to your pk358 Account.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing pk358 staff or other players through any communication channel.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the pk358 platform — including but not limited to the pk358 name, logo, graphical assets, game interfaces, software, text, and data compilations — is the intellectual property of pk358 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content without prior written authorisation from pk358.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any Platform software.
• Use pk358 trademarks or branding in any manner likely to cause confusion or imply endorsement.
• Create derivative works based on Platform content.

Any unauthorised use of pk358 intellectual property may result in civil and/or criminal liability under applicable law.

10 Privacy & Data

pk358 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering a pk358 account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

pk358 will not sell, rent, or share your personal data with unauthorised third parties. Data may be shared with regulatory bodies, KYC verification service providers, payment processors, and fraud prevention agencies where required to fulfil pk358's legal and regulatory obligations.

pk358 implements industry-standard SSL/TLS encryption across all Platform communications and maintains access controls, data minimisation practices, and incident response procedures consistent with its regulatory obligations.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pk358 excludes all liability for:

• Any loss of funds arising from a Player's voluntary decision to wager on the Platform.
• Temporary Platform unavailability due to scheduled or emergency maintenance, technical failure, or circumstances beyond pk358's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from a Player's failure to maintain the security of their Account credentials.
• Indirect, consequential, special, or punitive losses of any kind, including loss of profit, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.
• Actions of third-party payment processors, game suppliers, or telecommunications providers beyond pk358's direct operational control.

Nothing in these Terms limits pk358's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law. Players acknowledge that gambling involves inherent financial risk and that pk358 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

12 Responsible Gaming

pk358 is committed to promoting responsible gambling across its entire player base. The Platform provides a suite of responsible gaming tools accessible directly from the Player's Account dashboard, including:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit caps that the Player can set and adjust (subject to cooling-off periods for increases).
• Session Time Reminders: Configurable alerts that notify Players when a defined play session duration has been reached.
• Cooling-Off Period: A temporary suspension of between 24 hours and 30 days, after which the Account is automatically reinstated.
• Self-Exclusion: A minimum 6-month exclusion from the Platform during which the Account is locked, bonuses are cancelled, and no marketing communications are sent.
• Reality Check: On-screen reminders at configurable intervals showing total time spent and net wagering activity in the current session.

pk358 strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement. Where there is reasonable suspicion that a registered Player is under the age of 21, the Account will be suspended pending age verification documentation. Any winnings accrued by an underage player are void and non-withdrawable.

13 Amendments to These Terms

pk358 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, pk358 will provide reasonable notice to registered Players via the email address associated with their Account and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform homepage.

Continued use of the pk358 Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of those revised Terms. It is the Player's responsibility to review these Terms periodically. If you do not agree to any amendment, your sole remedy is to close your Account and withdraw your remaining Balance prior to the effective date of the amendment.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pk358 holds its international gaming regulatory authorisation. By accepting these Terms, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or arbitral tribunals of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute arising out of or in connection with your use of the pk358 Platform.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, Players are required to contact pk358's support team in writing and allow pk358 a period of 30 calendar days to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant arbitral institution specified in the Platform's regulatory documentation.

Nothing in this clause restricts a Player's right to refer a complaint to the relevant independent dispute resolution body designated under pk358's operating licence.
